The piers are reporting a few Spots, Mullet, Blues and lots of Flounder. The soundside hasd been seeing good catches of Specks and Flou…nder. Nearshore the Kings are chewing as well as gags. A few Wahoo and Blackfin offshore.6lbflounderclark

Surf City Pier has been catching them 2 at a time since 3AM. Jolly Roger reports a few Spots and Sae View reports none.

The piers are reporting a few spots and mullet at night. A few specks and flounder. Inside the specks are chewing. Some big pompano in the surf as well as large schools of reds at the southend and lee island.

The piers are reporting some decent King action but the bottom has been kind of slow. Lots of Blues Early and Late on plugs and cut bait. Still waiting on the Spots. In the sound the Speck bite is heating up. Flound…er fishing continues to be good in the inlets. Nearshore the Kings are on fire anywhere from the beach out to 20 miles. Some Gray trout have started biting on the ledges. The Big Bull reds are there as well. Offshore i am getting reports of Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo and lots of Groupershanejasonkings

The Piers are reporting a few bottom fish (Spots , Mullets, Pompano) Decent amount of Bluefish. Kind of slow except the kings have been on fire at Sea View. Reds Drum at Jolly Roger. The surf is still on fire with Reds at t…he south end. Some nice flounder as well. Pompano in the surf if you wait as well as some nice Sea Mullet. All on Sand Fleas. Specks are showing up real good inside. Kings at 2-14 miles thick. They are bunched up tight so if you find one hit the same area again and again.

The Piers are reporting that the bottom is slow with a few nice Pompano. Lots of Kings on the end. The surf is on fire with Reds and a few Flounder. Lots of nice Sea Mullet on Sand Fleas. Some Specks showing… up at night in the surf. Specks and reds in the sound are on the feed. Wahoo in the stream and the Gags are chewing nearshore.jenandjeffdouble

Good morning everyone…want to report that the false albacore have been spotted near the shore all along the beach. The surf is still picking up some pompanos and mullets with a few reds mixed in. The piers have slowed down some on bottom fishing for the moment,but are still picking up some nice kings later in the day around or near high tide.

The piers are reporting lots of Kings and not a whole lot else.  The odd mullet and Bluefish here and there.

Lee island and the southend have been eat up eith red drum and blues.  The flounder bite has been pretty good in the surf as well all over the island.

Specks have gone on the feed inside.  Lots of hammer handles and a few big fish.

Kings are doing really well just offshore.  The Grouper have been chewing no problem limiting out.  Some wahoo are on the feed in the stream.

They are killing the Kings on the piers. 3-5 a day. Good sized fish too. The Pompano and Mullets have been doing Ok but bottom fishing has been a little slow. We are supposed to get some NW winds and that might help the spots but we need a good NE wind.

Pompano and Sea mullets in the surf yesterday and Flounder in good numbers today. Lots of blues on lures early and late.

Lots of nearshore kings caught yesterday and the gags are chewing. The Black Sea Bass have been doing well also.

Piers are reporting blues,spanish,few pan fish such as spots, mullets, croackers. Also have seen a few kings at the end of the pier as well..Along the surf there has been some nice catches of red drum.

offshore–bottom fishing for grouper has been excellent..kings have moved close to the beach around 20 miles or so…

we will be have another cold front coming through this weekend..so the fish action should take off.
